Professor Richard Bailey

He is also a member of the Executive Board of the International Council for Sport Science and Physical Education (ICSSPE) and a Trustee of the Council for the Advancement of Arts, Recreation and Education.

 

He has worked with UNESCO and the British Government, as well as a number of businesses, as an adviser/consultant. Professor Bailey was also Director of the world-wide review of Sport in Education, SpinEd, for the international Olympics Committee in 2003/2004.

 

Professor Bailey is widely published, with research interests in philosophy, physical education and sport and child development.
