The women's lawyers and world football body Fifa reached a settlement on Tuesday morning, before the women were due to appear in court, Nos tv reports.
Barbara Castelijn and Mirthe Nieuwpoort were arrested for their role in an incident at the first Dutch game of the football tournament, during which a group of some 36 young women stripped off in the stadium to reveal skimpy orange dresses sponsored by Bavaria beer.
This breaks tough new South African rules on sponsorship and marketing during the football event.
The terms of the settlement, and Bavaria's role, have not yet been made public.
