The Conference Pulse Website - minute by minute online coverage

During the 2005 Play the Game conference, students from The Danish School of Journalism will maintain a conference website with minute by minute coverage of events. Go to the Conference Pulse website (no longer available)

The team

The team consists of 24 students from the Advanced Multimedia Studies Programme at the Danish School of Journalism. The students are in the midst of their final year of studies, and they are specializing in the fields of multimedia and online reporting.

The website

Hopefully living up to its name, “The Conference Pulse”, the student website will be covering all events and major sessions at this year’s conference as well as capturing the equally important mood and hallway talk. The site will feature:

• LIVE blogging from major sessions
• Engaging interactive multimedia features covering selected themes
• Video captures of opinions and reactions
• Photo galleries and photo slide shows
• Podcasting of selected sessions
• Guest-blogging
• …and many more features

The aim for the students is to provide an added value online dimension as well as leaving an important online documentation of events at Play The Game 2005.
